About the Role
We are urgently looking for motivated Software Developers to join our growing IT team in Rohtak. This is a great opportunity for freshers and candidates with 1-2 years of experience who are passionate about building high-quality software solutions and want to grow their career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Work on both backend and frontend development as per project requirements.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Designers, and other developers to deliver projects on time.
- Debug and resolve software defects efficiently.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, or equivalent.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong programming skills in any of the following: Python, Java, PHP, .NET (C#), Node.js, or similar languages.
- Good understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and software development lifecycle.
- Freshers with strong academic projects or internships are encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of experience in software development will be preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
