Job Summary
The Operations Executive will oversee logistics operations, ensuring timely execution of shipments and seamless coordination among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import/export shipments.
- Monitor shipment movements and ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with transporters, customs brokers, shipping lines, and customers.
- Handle operational documentation.
- Resolve shipment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and customer requirements.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or transportation operations.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
