Key Responsibilities
1. Visit customer sites as per the service schedule.
2. Perform installation and commissioning of equipment.
3. Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown services.
4. Troubleshoot and rectify equipment faults at customer locations.
5. Attend AMC and service contract customers as assigned.
6. Submit service reports after every customer visit.
7. Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements.
8. Maintain service records and documentation.
9. Support calibration and equipment verification activities.
10. Ensure timely closure of customer complaints.
11. Maintain professional communication with customers.
12. Follow company safety and service procedures.
13. Travel within assigned territories for customer support.
