Role: SalesForce Sales Lead
Experience: 12 to 18 years
Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR
Role Summary: Responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle and drive revenue growth of SalesForce Practice (hunting new logos & growing existing account through cross-selling)
Roles & Responsiblities:
- Understand client business challenges and convert them into practical IT solutions through discovery discussions, workshops, tailored proposals, and value-based SalesForce selling.
- Drive new business in target accounts and industries with geo sales teams, own the revenue number, build a healthy pipeline, and keep forecasts accurate.
- Manage the full opportunity cycle end to end, from lead generation and qualification to solution shaping, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closure.
- Work closely with solution architects, consultants, and delivery teams to build winning solutions that are commercially strong and realistic to deliver.
- Grow existing accounts by building CXO relationships, creating upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor for SalesForce and enterprise service management needs.
- Track market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, and contribute to go-to-market strategy and differentiated practice offerings, including SalesForce positioning
- Support large deals through RFP responses, solution presentations, pricing models, and win strategies with pre-sales and practice teams.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, stakeholder management, IT services understanding, business-to-solution translation, and financial acumen for pricing, margins, and deal structuring in SalesForce sales.
- Success will be measured by revenue achievement, pipeline strength, conversion rate, win ratio, account growth, and margin contribution.
Requirements:
- B.E. /B.Tech. / any equivalent degree
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SalesForce Sales
- Expertise in hunting new logos and growing existing accounts
- Excellent communication skills
