Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of recruitment experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple positions simultaneously and meeting hiring targets within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports as required.
- Coordinate onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Experience in educational institution hiring will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Strong networking and sourcing capabilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
