Position: Account ManagerKey Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the complete accounting and finance functions of the organization.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and banking operations.
- Coordinate with auditors, financial institutions, and government authorities.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and business decision-making.
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
