Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote company services.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects and client interactions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the management.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Experience in the service industry is preferred.
