Exude is a fast-growing women's western wear fashion brand focused on creating stylish, affordable, and trend-driven clothing for modern women across India. We are building an AI-first content and marketing team to create high-quality fashion content at scale and are looking for a creative AI Content Creator to lead this initiative.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and fashion-forward AI Content Creator who can leverage the latest AI tools to create compelling visual content, videos, advertisements, and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine fashion aesthetics, content strategy, and AI technology to produce engaging content that drives brand awareness and sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Fashion Content Creation
- Create AI-generated fashion campaigns, lookbooks, and product showcases.
- Generate realistic AI fashion models and lifestyle imagery while maintaining brand consistency.
- Develop AI-generated creative concepts for new collections, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Create fashion-focused AI visuals that align with current trends and customer preferences.
AI Video & Reels Production
- Produce high-converting AI videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads.
- Create product videos, fashion transformations, virtual try-on style content, and AI-powered storytelling videos.
- Edit videos with transitions, captions, music, voiceovers, and motion graphics.
- Repurpose content into multiple formats for different platforms.
Social Media Content
- Plan and execute daily content calendars.
- Create engaging hooks, captions, and storytelling concepts.
- Identify viral trends and adapt them for Exude's audience.
- Develop founder-led content, behind-the-scenes content, and brand storytelling content.
Performance Marketing Support
- Design and create ad creatives optimized for Meta and Google campaigns.
- Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve click-through rates and conversion performance.
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
AI Tools & Innovation
- Stay updated with emerging AI content creation tools and trends.
- Write effective prompts to generate high-quality AI images and videos.
- Experiment with new AI workflows to improve content quality and production efficiency.
- Continuously improve content realism and brand consistency.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience using AI tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Midjourney
- Kling AI
- Runway
- Canva
- CapCut
- Strong video editing skills.
- Ability to create realistic AI-generated fashion content.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and e-commerce marketing.
- Excellent creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, fashion design, graphic design, or video editing.
- Experience working with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads creative strategy.
- Portfolio showcasing AI-generated videos, images, or fashion content.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Creation of 20–30 AI fashion reels per month.
- Creation of 100+ AI creatives and ad assets monthly.
- Improvement in social media engagement and follower growth.
- Ad creative performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, conversions).
- Speed and efficiency of content production.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 90 days, you will:
- Build a scalable AI content workflow for Exude.
- Produce high-performing fashion reels and ad creatives.
- Help reduce dependency on traditional photoshoots.
- Increase engagement, reach, and online sales through compelling AI-powered content.
Pay: ₹13,276.96 - ₹30,000.00 per month
