Key Responsibilities
. Design and implement big data processing and AI/Agentic AI solutions to optimize regulatory reporting workflows and reduce manual effort.
. Develop AI driven solutions using technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, foundational models, LLM APIs, and ML models.
. Design and implement MCP servers and integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, tools, and data sources.
. Translate business requirements into scalable AI driven technical solutions in collaboration with business partners and stakeholders.
. Provide technical leadership and influence by sharing expertise in emerging AI, LLM, and agentic technologies.
. Design and develop scalable applications using microservices, frontend/backend engineering, and modern architecture principles.
. Ensure code quality, engineering standards, reusable components, and sustainable application design across the technology stack.
. Apply Responsible AI and AI governance principles throughout the development lifecycle.
. Mentor team members on coding standards, engineering best practices, architecture, and emerging technologies.
. Troubleshoot and resolve complex or high priority technical issues across applications and infrastructure.
. Support and maintain application suites across diverse technical infrastructures and architectures.
. Drive adoption of emerging technologies and modern engineering practices within the area of expertise.
. Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership through presentations, documentation, and discussions.
Required Skills – Must Have
. 5+ years of software engineering experience covering application development, frontend/backend engineering, test driven development, microservices, and architecture/design principles.
. Strong hands on experience implementing AI/ML solutions using technologies such as: LangChain LangGraph Machine Learning models such as Gradient Boosting, Random Forest, etc.
. Experience working with AI/LLM frameworks and foundational models/APIs, such as: OpenAI Claude LangChain Spring AI Other LLM/GenAI frameworks
. Hands on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) server implementation.
. Strong programming experience in Python and other modern programming languages/frameworks.
. Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Node.js, along with HTML5/CSS.
. Strong knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
. Experience working with modern data platforms such as Oracle, Snowflake, and Databricks.
. Strong understanding of application architecture, microservices, reusable components, and scalable application design.

. Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship.
. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
. Ability to understand stakeholder needs and determine the appropriate information and communication approach.
. Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners, architects, developers, and other technology teams.

Preferred Skills
. Experience building AI agents and multi agent solutions.
. Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and external tools.
. Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration.
. Experience with Responsible AI, AI governance, security, and enterprise AI standards.
. Experience in regulatory reporting, banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
. Exposure to cloud platforms and modern DevOps/CI CD practices.
