Job Summary
As a Change Coordinator, the individual will drive operational efficiencies to execute and improve the Engineering Change Activities from creation through implementation. The goal is to ensure all engineering changes are executed effectively to eliminate any downstream errors that will cause the engineering change process to be delayed or fail. Interface with other functions to provide effective coordination of engineering change review and approval, Phase in Phase out (PIPO) plan creation, as well as metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative for the ECR/ECO processes. Execute the engineering change request on behalf of the Design Engineer and ensure the implementation of the engineering change order completes as indicated in the Phase in Phase Out (PIPO).

Key Responsibilities
Manage and track Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and SCNs using MWS .
Handle Supplier Change Requests (SCRs) and SCNs through Agile (PLM tool)
Oversee compliance-related activities using CCN , ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
Drive quality processes by managing Non-Conformances (NC), Investigations, and CAPA activities in TrackWise
Maintain and update business review documentation in Confluence , supporting stakeholder visibility and reporting.
Manage procurement-related activities such as Purchase Orders (POs) through BuildSmart (Capgemini portal) .
Track and manage Software Problem Reports (SPR) using HCL COMPASS
Support requirement management for Unity ID product through DOORS
Coordinate across teams (engineering, quality, Manufacturing, RA, and vendors) to ensure smooth execution of product lifecycle processes.
