Job Description
Siyari Jewellers is looking for a hardworking and experienced Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery. The candidate will be responsible for handling both store and online sales, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle showroom customers and provide a premium sales experience.
- Manage online sales enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, website and other digital channels.
- Explain lab-grown diamonds, jewellery designs, specifications and pricing to customers.
- Follow up with online and offline leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Coordinate online orders, customer requirements and sales follow-ups.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated with jewellery trends.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery sales is required.
- Strong knowledge of diamonds and jewellery.
- Hardworking, responsible and target-oriented.
- Excellent communication, sales and convincing skills.
- Experience handling online customer enquiries and sales.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to independently manage customers and close sales.
Experience: 2+ years in Jewellery / Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery Sales
Salary: Starting from ₹35,000 per month + Incentives
