Roles and Responsibilities:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive at our Powai, Andheri East, Mumbai location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and team members via email
- Vendors payment Checking as per quotation, processing in system, ensuring proper approvals entering invoices to financial systems.
- Contact debtors through calls, emails or letters to notify them of overdue invoices and encourage them to pay.
- Bank reconciliation, preparing Monthly Debtors report, checking reimbursement expenses with supporting document, processing in system for payment process
- Produce monthly reports as requested by the Manager and Management. conduct monthly reconciliation of accounts on the debtor ledger. Assist with month end closing
- Oversee the forwarding of monthly statements to clients to keep them updated on debt repayment activities. Resolve client debt repayment by smooth communication with Operations and Client Accounts team
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in vendor invoice and sales invoice
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Tax compliance
- Experience with bank reconciliations and accounting entries
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially via email
