- Manage end-to-end execution of retail, hospitality & residential interior projects including civil, finishes, MEP coordination, vendors, and site teams within tight timelines and budgets.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to brand standards while coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Execute work as per approved design drawings and specifications
- Plan and monitor project timelines to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with designers, factory team, and vendors
- Supervise carpenters, electricians, painters, and subcontractors
- Ensure high-quality finishing and minimize rework
- Manage material planning, delivery, and usage
- Take accurate site measurements and support BOQ & billing
- Communicate with clients at site and provide progress updates
- Maintain daily site reports, checklists, and safety standards
- Track project schedules, BOQs, billing, and cost control; proactively resolve site issues to meet handover commitments.
- Experience: 3 to 5years in retail fit-out projects with multi-site or fast-track exposure.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
