LOFA India is a fast-growing apparel brand with a strong focus on B2B and Multi-Brand Outlet (MBO) distribution across India. We partner with distributors, retailers, and agents to build a scalable national footprint supported by quality products and efficient supply chains.
We are hiring a sales Manager – B2B & MBO who will function as the national sales lead for the brand. This role is responsible for owning Pan-India sales performance, building and managing distributor & agent networks, driving MBO expansion, and leading the sales team to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Note: Only candidates with Apparel / Garment B2B & MBO experience will be considered. Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive Pan-India B2B & MBO sales strategy and execution
- Build, appoint, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and sales agents nationwide
- Expand garment MBO and retail distribution channels across key markets
- Lead, guide, and mentor regional and field sales teams
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify new markets, territories, and high-potential business opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and consumer demand
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and MIS reporting for management review
- Coordinate closely with marketing, production, supply chain, and operations teams
- Ensure strong distributor relationships, collections discipline, and channel profitability
Requirements
- 5+ years of mandatory experience in Apparel / Garment B2B & MBO sales
- Proven experience handling Pan-India distributor and agent networks
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and scale sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
