Job Title: Sales Manager – Jewellery Retail
Location: Madurai
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in retail sales (preferably jewellery)
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the showroom sales team
* Drive store sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly goals
* Monitor team performance and provide guidance/training
* Handle high-value customers and support closing sales
* Maintain excellent customer service standards across the store
* Plan and implement sales strategies and promotional activities
* Ensure proper stock display, inventory coordination, and store upkeep
* Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management
* Resolve customer escalations effectively
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail sales (jewellery preferred)
* Prior team handling or supervisory experience
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and customer handling ability
* Sales-driven mindset with target orientation
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
