- Overall management of foundry plant operations and production activities.
- Planning and monitoring melting, molding, core making, pouring, fettling, and dispatch processes.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with required quality standards.
- Monitor metal yield, rejection control, productivity, and cost optimization.
- Lead and supervise production manpower, shift planning, and workforce utilization.
- Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Store, and Dispatch departments.
- Analyze production data and implement process improvements.
- Handle customer audits and internal quality audits.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and smooth operation of plant equipment.
- Strong knowledge of ferrous/non-ferrous metal casting processes.
- Expertise in melting, molding, sand management, and casting quality control.
- Manpower handling and production planning.
- Root cause analysis for casting defects and rejection reduction.
- Knowledge of ISO systems, 5S, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
