Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, human-centric, and organized HR Executive to manage our day-to-day HR operations. As a one-person HR department (or a key member of our growing team), you will have full ownership of the employee lifecycle—from sourcing and hiring top talent to onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and handle exit formalities professionally.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve grievances, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance/leave tracking, and assist with basic payroll processing.
- Performance & Policy: Help implement performance review processes and ensure company policies are up-to-date and compliant with local labor laws.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: [Insert number, e.g., 1–3 years] of experience in an HR or recruiting role.
- Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards (like Indeed, LinkedIn), and MS Office/Google Workspace.
