- Organising worker collection drives, hiring machine operators ,helpers and finishers.
- Staff Recruitments
- Standardising factory rules, ethics quality goals, and safety briefings for newly onboarded employees
- Maintaining factory document for surprise buyer audits and compliance benchmarks
- Tracking daily attendance punches, managing leave registers or absent status records and overtime hours.
- Verify correct calculation of salary processing
- Documenting, creating and allocating factory uniforms and employee identity cards.
- Maintain Workplace Health, Safety & Environment.
- Managing Statutory Benefits
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
