Role - ERP Implementation Executive
Responsiblity -
- OurSys ERP Implementation: Handle end-to-end implementation, configuration, and day-to-day administration of OurSys ERP across the organization.
- Department Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Purchase, Production, PPC, Stores, Quality, Accounts, HR, Projects, and other departments to understand requirements and implement suitable ERP processes.
- Process & Data Management: Configure workflows, master data, BOMs, inventory, transactions, approvals, and reports while ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
- User Training & Support: Train employees on OurSys ERP modules, resolve user issues, provide functional support, and ensure smooth adoption of the system.
- MIS & Continuous Improvement: Monitor ERP processes, prepare management reports/MIS, identify process gaps, coordinate with the OurSys support team for issues or customizations, and continuously improve ERP utilization.
