Responsibilities
- Handle section of the kitchen independently
- Prepare and cook dishes according to set recipes and standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain high quality standards during preparation and service
- Assist in mise en place and ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow instructions from Head Chef and Sous Chef
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned section
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper use of ingredients
- Support team members during peak hours
Requirements
- Experience as CDP/Senior CDP in a fine dine restaurant kitchen
- Strong knowledge of vegetarian cuisine
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
- Team player with discipline and consistency
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
