Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Front Office Trainees to join our hospitality team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have recently completed a Hotel Management course and are eager to build a career in the hotel industry. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training in Front Office operations while delivering exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional service.
- Handle guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Answer telephone calls and assist with reservations.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain guest records and update information in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Learn and follow Front Office Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Supervisor or Manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- Recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management (mandatory).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
