Job Title: Business Development Lead/ Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Healthcare IT sector.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and digital channels.
- Conduct product presentations, software demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Prepare proposals, quotations, RFP/RFQ responses, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare associations, channel partners, and technology partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with product and implementation teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Enterprise Sales and leadership or senior business development role.
- Prior experience in Healthcare IT, HealthTech, SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Digital Health is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales and consultative selling.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and hospital workflows.
- Willingness to travel as required.
