The Agency Partner Channel Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors/agents to drive sales through the agency distribution channel. The role involves building a productive agent network, supporting them in achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors/agents.
Build and maintain a strong agency network.
Conduct interviews and onboarding for new agents.
Provide product training, sales training, and compliance guidance to agents.
Help agents understand insurance products and sales processes.
Conduct regular training sessions, meetings, and workshops.
Support agents in generating leads and closing insurance policies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Promote company insurance products like life, health, or general insurance.
Maintain strong relationships with agents.
Motivate and mentor agents to improve productivity.
Assist agents in resolving customer queries and policy servicing.
Track agent performance and productivity.
Identify underperforming agents and provide improvement plans.
