We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Representative to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, following up on prospects, and closing sales. The company will provide lead data, and the candidate is also encouraged to generate self-sourced leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Generate additional leads through self-sourcing and referrals.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and sales-closing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Positive attitude and self-motivation.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, B2C sales, or customer service is preferred.
