JOB TITLE: Project Manager – BTI Bio-Larvicide Plant (EPC/LSTK)
Location: Rasayani, Maharashtra
Project: Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Trial Run of 400 KLPA BTI Bio-Larvicide Manufacturing Plant
Reporting To:
Managing Director / Project Director
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead complete execution of BTI manufacturing plant project from engineering to commissioning.
2. Coordinate detailed engineering activities including:
- Process Engineering
- P&ID Development
- Equipment Layouts
- Civil & Structural Drawings
- Electrical SLDs
- Instrumentation & Automation
3. Coordinate with engineering consultants, equipment suppliers and contractors.
4. Monitor procurement schedules and delivery timelines.
5. Supervise civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation activities at site.
6. Prepare project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
7. Ensure compliance with MPCB, Factory Inspectorate and other statutory requirements.
8. Conduct weekly progress review meetings.
9. Manage project budget, timelines and quality standards.
10. Lead plant commissioning, performance trials and handover activities.
Experience Required:
- 10+ years in EPC Projects
- Experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, Fermentation, Biofertilizer, Distillery or Process Plants
- Minimum 2 completed plant commissioning assignments
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech Mechanical, Chemical, Biotechnology or Industrial Engineering

Compensation:
Negotiable based on experience
