Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Education Counsellor who can convert incoming leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact all fresh leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Understand each student's educational background, career goals, and training requirements.
- Counsel students on suitable BIM Mantra courses and career opportunities.
- Explain course curriculum, certifications, placement assistance, schedules, fees, and payment plans.
- Convert enquiries into paid admissions by effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested leads until closure.
- Handle walk-in enquiries and online counselling sessions.
- Maintain accurate lead status and updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team for batch scheduling.
- Meet weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Build long-term relationships with students to generate referrals.
- Resolve student queries before and after admission.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and confidence in handling enquiries.
- Ability to build trust with students and parents.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Education Counselling, EdTech Sales, Admissions, or Telecalling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹11,551.49 - ₹55,355.75 per month
