Job Title: Tally & Advanced Excel Trainer (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Netcraftz Edutech is looking for an experienced and passionate Tally & Advanced Excel Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students and professionals. The trainer will conduct sessions both at our office and at partner colleges, helping learners build job-ready accounting and data analysis skills.
Deliver engaging classroom and practical training on Tally Prime and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Conduct in-house training sessions at the Netcraftz Edutech office.
Travel to colleges and educational institutions to conduct workshops, certification programs, and semester training.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
Train students on real-world accounting, GST, payroll, inventory management, MIS reporting, dashboards, Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, formulas, charts, and data analysis.
Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and mock tests.
Provide career guidance and support students in improving employability skills.
Stay updated with the latest features in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime (GST, Inventory, Payroll, Banking, Accounting).
Excellent knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel, including:
Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
Advanced Formulas & Functions
Lookup Functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH)
Data Validation & Conditional Formatting
Dashboards & MIS Reports
Power Query (preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Willingness to travel to colleges for training assignments.
Prior teaching, corporate training, or faculty experience is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Tally Certification and/or Microsoft Excel Certification is an added advantage.
1–5+ years of relevant training or industry experience.
