Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and clinical training in optometry subjects
- Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials
- Supervise students during clinical postings and ensure adherence to protocols
- Conduct assessments, exams, and student evaluations
- Mentor and guide students in academic and clinical development
- Participate in research activities, academic projects, and publications
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and academic events
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory academic standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Optometry
- Strong knowledge of optometry concepts and clinical practices
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and student development
Pay: ₹9,814.96 - ₹53,835.55 per month
Work Location: In person
