- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain the reception area.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, courier, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and office documentation.
- Salary range will be 8k to 15k.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
