Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Lead to manage and guide the sales team in promoting and generating business for Fixed Deposits (FD) and Recurring Deposits (RD). The candidate will be responsible for driving asset growth, achieving sales targets, and ensuring strong customer relationships for deposit products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team in promoting Fixed Deposit (FD) and Recurring Deposit (RD) products.
Develop strategies to increase asset growth through deposit mobilization.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for FD and RD accounts.
Guide and motivate the team to improve sales performance and productivity.
Identify potential customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to deposit products.
Conduct regular training and support for team members to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Required Skills

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
Experience in NBFC / Nidhi / Banking sector is preferred.
