Job Overview
Trade Facilities Management (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our social channels—from brainstorming content ideas to analysing performance metrics. If you have a pulse on digital trends and a knack for storytelling, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Creation
- Content Planning: Develop and maintain a monthly social media calendar that aligns with our business goals.
- Content Production: Create engaging posts, including professional photos, short-form videos (Reels/Shorts), and graphics (using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite).
- Copywriting: Write compelling, error-free captions and LinkedIn articles that reflect our corporate voice.
2. Platform & Community Management
- Multi-Channel Oversight: Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook etc.
- Engagement: Actively monitor comments and messages, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to keep our brand relevant.
3. Performance & Analytics
- Reporting: Track and analyse key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and provide monthly reports to management.
- Optimization: Use data insights to tweak strategies and improve content performance over time.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate in Mass Media (BMM), Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience managing social media for a B2B or corporate brand.
- Technical Skills: * Mastery of Social Media management tools.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn's professional networking ecosystem.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills. You should be able to translate complex facility management services into relatable digital content.
- Creativity: A "visual eye" for aesthetics and the ability to think outside the box.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
