Hiring BMS Automation Trainer/Teacher
- Deliver training on Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC automation, electrical controls, and ELV systems.
- Conduct classroom and practical sessions on BMS software, controllers, sensors, actuators, and networking systems.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and technical documentation.
- Provide hands-on training for installation, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems.
- Train participants on automation protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX, and LonWorks.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, practical tests, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Support curriculum development and update training modules according to industry standards and new technologies.
- Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed during practical sessions.
- Coordinate with management and technical teams for scheduling and training requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in BMS automation, HVAC controls, or industrial automation.
- Strong knowledge of BMS systems, HVAC operations, PLC, SCADA, and control panels.
- Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Knowledge of automation software and networking systems is preferred.
