- Installation & Commissioning: Setting up new medical devices, ensuring they are properly configured, and conducting initial performance testing.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Performing routine, scheduled checks and calibrations to prevent equipment failure and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing complex hardware or software issues and performing repairs—often under tight timelines to minimize "down-time" for life-saving equipment.
- Training: Instructing doctors, nurses, and hospital technicians on how to safely and effectively operate specific medical devices.
- Technical Documentation: Maintaining precise service logs, job cards, and compliance reports required for healthcare audits.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serving as the primary technical contact for clients and sometimes assisting sales teams with product demonstrations or contract renewals.
