About the Role
Elcom Digital is looking for a dynamic and confident Tech Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and a passion for interacting with clients. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of computers, be confident in handling customer interactions, and be capable of converting inquiries into business opportunities while effectively promoting our software solutions.
- Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company products and software solutions effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads before handing them over to the business development team.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and client discussions. Follow up with potential customers and maintain long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong confidence, negotiation, and convincing ability.Basic to intermediate computer knowledge. Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Positive attitude with a customer-first approach. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.0–2 years of experience in Tech Sales, Inside Sales, IT Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Business Development. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
