We are looking for a driven, hands-on Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes full ownership of project delivery - knows how to get things done on site, and keeps clients happy while managing costs and timelines. If you thrive in a fast-paced design-build environment and have a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Own and manage full project programmes across civil, PEB structures, MEP, interiors and fit-out - from work order receipt to final handover
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate and supervise multiple sub-vendors simultaneously - work orders, progress reviews, bill certification and performance management
- Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on site and in office - attend project meetings, prepare MOMs & weekly reports, manage approvals and milestone certifications
- Commercial Management: Track project costs against approved BOQs, manage milestone billing, variations, cash flow and retention
- Quality & Safety: Enforce quality control and HSE standards across all sites — ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, manage snagging and close-out
- Documentation: Maintain complete project records — drawings register, RFIs, submittals, inspection reports, variation orders and handover packages
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture, PG in Project Management or PMP certification is a plus
- Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in project management on construction, interior fit-out or design-build projects - with at least one project of Rs.3 Cr or above delivered end-to-end
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and review GFC drawings across civil, structural and MEP disciplines. Exposure to PEB structures, facade systems and lab or commercial fit-out is preferred
- Commercial Acumen: Hands-on experience with BOQ management, variation orders, milestone billing and vendor payment processing
- Tools: Proficient in MS Project or equivalent for scheduling, MS Excel for cost tracking. AutoCAD reading ability preferred
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi - comfortable leading client meetings and preparing formal reports
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who takes full ownership - not just a coordinator but a decision-maker on site
- Proactive problem-solver who flags issues early and comes with solutions, not excuses
- Strong relationship management skills with both clients and contractors
- Organised, detail-oriented and genuinely committed to quality and deadlines
- Positive attitude and a desire to grow with the team long-term
Perks & Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Performance incentives linked to project delivery
- Exposure to diverse, high-quality projects across commercial, industrial and institutional sectors
- Collaborative and supportive work environment
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
