Restaurant Manager
We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations for one of India's most celebrated dining destinations, recognized among the country's top hospitality brands by Condé Nast Traveller. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure seamless service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Front of House teams.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle guest relations professionally.
- Drive revenue through effective floor management, upselling, and cost control.
- Ensure SOP compliance, hygiene, food safety, and service excellence.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary and leadership teams to maintain brand standards.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of restaurant management experience in premium casual dining, fine dining, or luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume operations while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Sound understanding of restaurant P&L, inventory management, and operational KPIs.
- Hospitality degree/diploma preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹75,000 per month (depending on experience)
