Travel Sales Executive (Freshers Welcome)
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Sales Executives who are passionate about travel and tourism. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply. You will assist clients in planning their business and leisure travel while providing exceptional customer service and travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel packages, destinations, and services.
- Assist clients with bookings for flights, hotels, holiday packages, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel itineraries, visa requirements, local customs, and travel regulations.
- Coordinate with customers to finalize travel plans and process bookings.
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional manner.
- Promote holiday packages and travel deals to achieve sales targets.
- Resolve customer concerns, travel issues, and booking modifications efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the company CRM/software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and tourism products.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
