Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand project requirements, applying your technical expertise to design and implement solutions, and ensuring that the software meets the necessary standards and client expectations. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, contributing to the overall success of the project while adapting to changing needs and priorities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Microsoft SQL Server Administration, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Strong understanding of database design and management.
- Experience in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing performance.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office. Mandatory WOF 5 days
- A 15 years full time education is required.
