Job Summary:
ESEPL Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tender Manager to manage government and private tenders from identification to submission. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement portals, documentation, compliance, and bid management.
Key Responsibilities:
Search and analyze tender opportunities on GeM, CPP Portal, and State e-Procurement portals.
Prepare and submit technical and financial bids.
Coordinate with internal departments for required documents.
Ensure compliance with tender eligibility criteria.
Maintain tender calendars and submission deadlines.
Handle bid queries, corrigendums, and clarifications.
Prepare costing, BOQ, and bid documentation.
Liaise with government departments and clients.
Maintain records of submitted, awarded, and ongoing tenders.
Support contract execution after award.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of experience in Tender Management.
Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement, and Government Tender Portals.
Knowledge of MSME, GST, EPF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
