Building and managing strong relationships with clients with regards to online digital projects (SEO,SMO,PPC)

Collecting regular feedback from clients and sharing the insights for development
-
Handling Queries of Clients and fixing issues through proper co-ordination
-
Responsible for revenue generation/ payment collection from the existing customers
-
Co-ordinate with the Existing clients to cross sell new service
-
Attending client meetings with the Account Manager to fix issues
-
Coordinating the execution of the various elements of the project
-
Identifying account growth opportunities and directing these to the Sales team
-
Responsible for all aspects of project closure including producing project reports
Job Requirement :
-
1+ years of exp. into SEO execution or client servicing or into online/digital marketing
-
College Degree Preferred
-
Good working knowledge of the business, particularly in Project Management/Client Services activities
-
Experience with managing a client account
-
Experience in managing projects across multiple geographies
-
Ability to consultatively engage with customers and to quickly make complex decisions
-
Broad understanding / working knowledge across a broad range of service lines

Graduation
