Job Summary
An HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, performance management, training coordination, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role ensures a positive employee experience and supports organizational growth through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
2. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and confidential HR documents.
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Collect attendance and leave records for payroll processing.
- Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, and reimbursements.
- Ensure accurate employee data for payroll management.
4. Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee goals and development plans.
- Support managers in performance-related matters.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Support career development initiatives.
6. Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain HR databases and personnel files.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.
- Assist in policy development and implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–5 years of HR experience (depending on role level).
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems.
