JOB DESCRIPTION – Engagement Manager, Paid Media (PCM)

Role Overview
The Engagement Manager – Paid Media (PCM) is responsible for leading strategic client engagements and driving business growth through data-driven paid media solutions. This role partners with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams—including Analytics, CRO, SEO, Content, Technology, and Data Science—to develop digital marketing strategies, manage large-scale programs, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strong Paid Media expertise with client consulting, program management, stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Strategy & Paid Media Leadership
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Lead Paid Media initiatives across Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Paid Social, and Remarketing.
- Capable of auditing PCM platforms end-to-end (from setup to execution), identifying optimization opportunities to improve ROI, ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign performance.
- Recommend innovative solutions leveraging automation, AI capabilities, and industry best practices.
Client Engagement, Program and Delivery Management
- Own end-to-end client engagements from strategy through execution and performance reviews.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
- Build strong client relationships, conduct business reviews, and identify account growth opportunities.
- Monitor project health, identify risks and manage stakeholder communication, and delivery excellence.
Analytics &Business Insights
- Analyze campaign and business performance to generate actionable insights.
- Present strategic recommendations using data-driven storytelling.
- Utilize GA4, Adobe Analytics, tagging, attribution, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable PCM strategies &solution.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and develop a high-performing Paid Media team.
- Ensure campaign quality, best practices, and continuous capability development.
- Foster collaboration across delivery and client teams.
- Capable of resolving conflicts and team’s challenges.
Your Expertise
- 6–9 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with strong expertise in Paid Media.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads, Display, Paid Social, and Performance Max.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and measurement.
- Experience managing enterprise client engagements and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in GA4/Adobe Analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications are preferred.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute is preferred.
