- Assist in the preparation and production of Continental dishes.
- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, seafood, sauces, and garnishes according to recipe specifications.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, presentation, and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
- Assist in stock rotation, inventory control, and minimizing food wastage.
- Support senior chefs during service and ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Adhere to standard recipes and kitchen operating procedures.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
