Job Title: Customer Experience Manager (CXM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer experience across Sales & Service.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor CSI/NPS and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct customer feedback and follow-up calls.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Ensure OEM process compliance and prepare CX reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Experience/CRM, preferably in an automobile dealership.
- Strong communication, customer handling, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of DMS, MS Excel, and CRM tools.
Salary: Up to RS 25000/-
