Responsibilities
- Supervise bolt manufacturing and cold heading operations.
- Set and operate bolt-making/header machines.
- Manage operators and allocate daily production work.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality.
- Monitor dimensions, threading, rejection, and wastage.
- Handle basic machine/tooling issues and coordinate with maintenance.
- Maintain production records and ensure 5S & safety compliance.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in bolt/fastener manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of cold heading machines, dies, punches, and tooling.
- Strong team-handling and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
