Job Description: Sales Associate – IDEASHACKS Coworking
Location: Faridabad, India
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team in Faridabad. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter passionate about sales and client engagement in the coworking and flexible workspace industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify, generate, and convert leads into prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to close sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with members and prospects.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored workspace solutions.
- Manage client queries and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Market Research & Outreach
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings in the coworking industry.
- Execute outreach strategies to attract new businesses and individuals to IDEASHACKS.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure effective promotion and service delivery.
- Provide regular feedback on customer needs to help improve product offerings.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management on a weekly/monthly basis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in coworking, real estate, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
