Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our Loans & Insurance sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and guiding the sales team to maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into loan and insurance sales
- Promote financial products including personal loans, business loans, home loans, health insurance, and life insurance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Recruit, train, and manage sales executives/advisors
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct field sales activities and client meetings
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and insurance partners
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in loans or insurance sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team handling experience preferred
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Basic knowledge of financial products and market trends
- Graduation preferred
