Job Description:
Max Aircon, a prominent HVAC solutions provider based in Pune, is seeking a talented and experienced HVAC Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer at Max Aircon Pune, you will be responsible for managing HVAC projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, design engineers, installation teams, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project planning, coordination, and execution.
2. Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
3. Conduct site surveys and assessments.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Procurement, Installation).
5. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
8. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
9. Prepare project reports, documentation, and handovers.
Qualification & Skills:
1. BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HVAC industry.
3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, designs, and regulations.
4. Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and HVAC software.
6. Team leadership and collaboration skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
