Position: Tele-counsellor
Experience Required: 0–5 Years (Freshers are also welcome with good communication skills)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Working Days – 6 days
Working hours – 9 am to 5 pm
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic telecounsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling customer calls, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and provide necessary information about products/services.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain proper call records and update customer details.
- Follow up with potential customers and generate leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach during customer interactions.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in telecounselling / telecalling / customer support / sales calling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary: Negotiable (No salary bar for the right candidate)
