Position: Telecaller
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Explain company products, services, and offers to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, feedback, and pending requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Address customer concerns and resolve basic queries effectively.
- Update customer databases and CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Prepare call reports and submit them to the supervisor/manager.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Strong listening and convincing skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate (preferred).
- Prior telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
